Stacey DiMeo has called Washington Township home for the last 15 years. She works tirelessly to provide educational services to partnering districts as a director of special services for the Camden County Educational Services School District. Her expertise in serving special education students allows districts to save money.
Stacey has developed professional, collegial relationships with school district leaders across the region. She holds master’s degrees in Communication Disorders and Educational Administration from Pennsylvania State University and Rowan University, respectively. Her career has taken her from providing home-based services, residential pediatric medical rehabilitation therapy, and school-based therapy to educational leadership. The consistent thread woven through her career is her passion for students with special needs, along with the care and achievement of our most disabled students. Her sons, Andrew (13) and Marc (11), attend our district.
"As a board member I will advocate for individual student achievement, while ensuring maximal stakeholder input. However, we need to consider the material realities of the district. My job is saving on special ed services which is an area from which every district can benefit.”
