    rross24Ralph Ross is a 40-year resident of Washington Township along with his four children (Marlene, Sandra, Sharon, and Ralph Jr.), eight grandchildren, and his wife, Sheila. Ralph is a veteran educator in the state of New Jersey, having served as a teacher and a coach (football and wrestling) before later holding the role of vice principal and principal at Highland High School, and then becoming the first principal at Timber Creek High School.

    Ralph was named superintendent of the Black Horse Pike Regional School District in 2001. He also has been an interim superintendent at the Deptford Township Schools, and an interim assistant superintendent in Monroe Township/Williamstown.

    Additionally, Ralph held the position of chairman of the Board of Trustees at Gloucester County Community College.

    Ralph is no stranger to the Washington Township Board of Education. He has served several terms previously, including stints as its president. Ralph hopes to bring cohesiveness to the Board by working toward present and future educational opportunities and goals. He is confident that the individuals who make up the current Board are well versed and practiced in their craft, and that they collectively can achieve their main goals.
