The Class of 2026 Senior Trip will be from Tuesday, March 17, 2026, through Saturday, March 21, 2026

A physician must sign this if a student takes prescription medication. 

If the student does not take prescription medication but only over-the-counter medication, a parent/guardian may sign the form. If prescriptions change at any time before departure, please complete a new form and send it to Mrs. Luckiewicz ASAP.

Please list any/all over-the-counter medications a student takes.  This includes vitamins.

Protein Powders and supplements ARE NOT permitted.

The Senior Class of 2026 Trip to Orlando, Florida, will be held from

Tuesday, March 17, 2026, to Saturday, March 21, 2026.

To assist students and their families in making payments for the Senior Class Trip, below are suggested payment plans for incoming Seniors. 

The amount of each payment can be more than what is suggested below. However, the following guidelines must be adhered to:

• By Friday, September 19, 2025, students must have a minimum of $685 paid into their account.

• • Medical Forms are due on or before this payment to the 11/12 School Nurse, Mrs. Luckiewicz.
  • If a total of $685 is not in at this time, students will be added to the waitlist, where a full payment must be made.
• By October 17, 2025, the student must have a minimum of $1,370 paid into their account.
  • The Roommate Form MUST BE turned in on or before this payment period to A-26, B-2 or D-9.
• By November 21, 2025, the student must have the total cost of the trip $2,055, paid into their account.
• By December 20, 2025, additional room fees must be paid for rooms of 2, 3, or 4 students.

If you have made payments in your student’s sophomore or junior year, please contact Mrs. O'Brien, Mrs. Mroz, and Miss Ettore to inquire about your remaining balance and payment amounts.

All rooms are family suites with 2 queen beds and a full-sized pull-out sofa. 

• These rates are based on the occupancy of 5 students.
• Rooms of 2 occupants have an additional $320 cost per person.
• Rooms of 3 occupants have an additional $90 cost per person.
• Rooms of 4 occupants have an additional $50 cost per person

**Supplemental trip insurance is not included in the price, but is highly recommended. Trip insurance must be purchased prior to the final payment.

Penalties will be assessed by the travel agent for dropping after OCTOBER 17, 2025.

All payments will be accepted during the Homeroom in D-9 and in B-10 During Lunch Periods.

There will be fundraising opportunities before the trip. Please pay close attention to emails and Parent Square regarding Senior Trip Fundraising.  Informational Parent/Guardian meetings will be held in February, details will be emailed.

• There will be an informational meeting for all parents/guardians of students attending the Senior Class of 2026 Trip.

  Parents/Guardians must attend one of the two meetings.  This is a MANDATORY in-person meeting.

  Each meeting will be located in the 11/12 Playhouse beginning at 7 p.m.
