    These are just suggested plans, we will accept a minimum deposit of $100 during the summer payment

     

     

    Senior Payment Plan Class of 2025 (4 Payments)

    1st Payment July 29-Aug 1, 2024, 11/12 Main Office - $500.00

    2nd Payment September 16-20, 2024 - $ 500.00

    3rd Payment October 14-18, 2024 - $ 500.00

    4th Payment November 18-22, 2024 - $ 460.00

     

     

    Senior Payment Plan Class of 2025 (3 Payments)

    1st Payment September 16-20, 2024 - $ 655.00

     2nd Payment October 14-18, 2024 - $ 655.00

    3rd Payment November 18-22, 2024 - $ 650.00

     

     

    Additional Room Fees

    December 16-19, 2024

    Room of 2 occupants $280 per person

    Room of 3 occupants $113 per person

     

     

    IF SENIORS HAVE NOT MADE AN INITIAL DEPOSIT BY SEPTEMBER 20, 2024,

    THEY WILL BE PUT ON A WAITLIST. NO EXCEPTIONS.

     

    Health forms are due to the 11/12 Nurse, Mrs. Luckiewicz by September 20, 2024.

     

    A physician must sign this if a student takes prescription medication.  If the student does not take prescription medication only over the counter, a parent/guardian may sign the form. If prescriptions change at any time before departure, please complete a new form and send it to Mrs. Luckiewicz ASAP.
